Dr. Yi (Lily) Li is Senior Director in Eli Lilly’s Accelerated R&D Leadership Program, where she advances strategies to boost R&D productivity and deliver transformative medicines to patients. With a background spanning pharmaceutical sciences, venture capital, and biotech board leadership, she has supported innovation across companies including Schrödinger, Monte Rosa Therapeutics, Arcellx, and NextPoint. Dr. Li earned her PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Toronto, where she focused on Alzheimer’s research, and remains passionate about driving patient impact through scientific and business innovation.
